With 264 sunny days every year, Monahans is just right for golfing, swimming, and fishing. You might even get the chance to build a snowman… with our 2 inches of snow per year. We’re easy to find, in fact I-20 will lead you directly to our gate. And when you need to run an errand, all your needs are just a quick drive away on the highway. And those errands will cost you less, too – the cost of living is far lower in Monahans than in the rest of Texas or the USA.
Our RV Resort is full of growing Burr Oak saplings which will someday soon be mighty, shady trees. Monahans is a safe little town and our security fence makes it even more so. Need help? The friendly folks in the office will be more than happy to lend a hand – and if your dear pet needs attention, Out West Veterinary Services is right next door.
